HOw can I earn money by selling my great ideas to insurance companies and banks?

I have some ideas for insurance companies and banks,if my ideas are implemented ,millions dollars can be saved and earned by them.Which will certainly increase their profitability.But I don't know how to sell my ideas to them .I am afraid that if I will disclose my ideas ,my ideas may be used without paying me a single penny ? How can be on a safer side ?

get a job in the industry

this'll pay you to find out if your ideas have already been implemented and may pay you to find out if they're already been tried and are now old news.

marketing department or product management would seem ideal if your ideas relate to consumer products.

OR...maybe those ideas have already been thought, tried , failed and given up on - research the ideas on google. If you get matches, then you didn't invent the idea
