For example, George W. Bush. Can he vote in the next presidential elections? I assume that he cannot vote while he is a candidate.

The President can vote while in office, as well as after. In the 2006 primary, there was a news story out how President Bush flew to Texas to vote in the primary (it was reported there may have been a goofup in getting his absentee ballot): http://www.boston.com/news/nation/washington/articles/2006/03/07/bush_travels_to_vote_in_texas_primary/

George W. Bush is not a candidate in the elections, because he's already served 2 terms and cannot serve a third. Also, all US citizens can vote, even the current candidates.

Of course! And, yes, even candidates are able to vote--for themselves, presumably. Further, the President votes while in office. Why should they lose that right because they are participating in the election and/or serving in office?

He and any other elected official can vote while being in office (and, of course, after he leaves the office.)
They always show on TV a President voting on the election day. Haven't you seen it?

Yes, he can vote for the next candidate. However, you're wrong, Presidents can vote while they are Presidents. They are still citizens with full voting rights. They usually vote for themselves for obvious reasons.

Yes as long as he's a registered voter he can vote in ANY election even if he is one of the people running in the election.

Sure -- he is an American citizen, and is allowed to vote in any and all elections. And, yes, he can even vote for himself when he is a candidate. In fact, it would be pretty stupid of him to vote for his opponent!

He's not a candidate and even if he were, he would still have the right to vote.

Of course he can vote while in office, just like any other elected official at any level.
