Does any one know of any software that can change wma to MP3s?

Download Super, its at the bottom of the page. Click on download link 1 - 4. It's easy to use and converts well. Just click and drag the file you want to convert and scroll down to what setting you want to switch it to.

I use Nero for my burning application. You can also try the save as and change the extension from wma to mp3. I have done this as well.
