What country has the best relationships? I mean when it comes to fidelity,commitment,marriage ect. Who handles these things the best, without corrupting the foundations of concepts? i.e. loop holes and what not. Like western culture. And please don't tell western culture is the best we got. Because thats depressing! And yes I know no where is perfect! But is there a country where its the ideal place to be relationship? Where's the best place for "LOVE" to sound REAL corny for a moment?

Whenever you involve sentient beings in any equation involving love, you are going to have chaos, misunderstanding and mayhem!
Humans don't understand the concept of love. To most people, love means only sacrfice, giving of self till death. Or to most it means taking as much as you can from others who will simply let you have it. To some people, love means crippling everything around you (including yourself) just to be near someone who couldn't give a fig.
True love, pure love is a non human concept. It involves seeing past EVERYTHING material and focusing on the pure joy of a person, actually feeling their soul. You can't feel a persons soul or true nature as a human, because your body gets in the way. Your body reacts to situations lust, emotion...ect. As a true spirit, you don't have the luxury of having a body to feel or touch someone, so your love (the real emotion) is that of the soul.
Whatever we are doing in our human marriages, couplings, family or whatever relationships we think carry 'love', is inaccurate.

Eastern culture "Arab, Asians" has the best relationships compared to the Western culture "Europe, North America" they are more family-oriented and cherish marriages more.

probably the foreigners, they are family oriented, I'm not sure which foreigners, but when they are out shopping, you see grandma and grandpa with the family, they stick together, not so quick to get divorces like americans.
