Its a pretty good team. This is what I think of your positions.
QB-Trade Pennington and Romo for a good QB or atleast start Garcia
RB-Keep Maurice Jones-Drew as a starter but start Edgerrin over Julius.
WR-Start Williams over Galloway.
TE-Start Clark over Winslow. Clark gets more passes and catches and runs better.
DST-Trade Oakland if you can for maybe Tampa, Carolina, or another good D that you can think of. You probly wont be able to get a super D like Chicago. I would go for Carolina.
K-Perfect!
You have a great team, but this is what I would do if I were you. Obviously, its your decision though.

Move James up to #2 RB and move Julius Jones down to #3. Marion Barber will take away a lot of Jones' goal line carries. And, Arizona beefed up it's O'line this offseason. Plus, Leinart will be stretching defenses in his furst full year as the starting QB (especially with Fitzgerald and Bouldin as his WRs).
Also, why would you start Calvin Johnson over Roy Williams? Williams is a proven receiver and Johnson is still an untested rookie. Maybe later in the season Johnson might be the better play. But, at least start the season with Williams as your #2 WR.

terrible. besides harrison, winslow, roy williams, maybe edge and romo, your roster looks like the bench. never, ever draft a running back that splits carries in the first round. get rid of a quarterback and pick up a decent running back. you only have 1 on the bench.

Clearly you're a rookie fantasy football player.... your team is awful. Who did you take in the first round? Your runningbacks are awful, your qb's are pretty bad, your receivers are pretty good, and I like Rackers, Winslow, and the Oakland d. Drop Reed. Get runningbacks and quarterbacks.

first of all..........it doesn't look very good
scond, this is OBVIOUSLY a Fantasy Sports question
why can't people understand that?
who was your first round pick?
and I'll assume Harrison was your second.........who was your third?...a RB that you have on the bench?
I'd be starting Roy Williams over Galloway (i guess)
you shouldn't have drafted 2 WRs from the same team, especially when that team is the Lions (even though I'd take either one of them on my team)....you just shouldn't have 2
really....doesn't look good unless this is a 30 team league

You're thin at QB, but I'd start Garcia. WRs are pretty good. Start Edge at RB--he'll have a much better year.
Don't assume that b/c Oakland sucked last year that there DEF wasn't good--they're pretty solid. I think you're fine, there.

You'd do better to have...
Rex Grossman, Devin Hester, Bernard Berrien, Mushin Muhammed, Greg Olsen, Cedric Benson, Adrian Peterson (guess which one I mean) Garret Wolfe, and the Chicago Bears defence.
