i want to make a homemade "card" (thinking a one page 8" by 11" paper) for my cousins wedding. i really want to use pressed flowers/leaves in it, but i also want to write on it. what is the best way to use pressed flowers and also have a piece of see-though-ish paper over them so i can write on? im also thinking of pasting drawings and magazine clipping into a sort of collage but i want natural aspects in it as well. sorry if this questions written poorly but you get my drift. any suggestions?

I can't think of the proper name for the paper overlay you want ( brain freeze ), but it is similar to parchment paper. It is available where they have scrap booking papers in the craft stores.
