It has been revealed in Yahoo's forum that posting suggestions on how to conduct a successful terrorist attack in the USA , or any country , is a violation called -- " Inciting Violence " .
Oh , and btw , it was also noted that your IP address and Yahoo Screen-Name should be reported to your local law enforcement officials for legal prosecution of "Inciting Violence " .
Now I urge you subversives to stop your behavior , and I urge everyone else to do their duty if they see anybody suggesting ways to conduct a successful terrorist attack .
What fools . The terrorists can't think of everything and we shouldn't help them . But something the fools are missing is that by posting garbage like that , YOU are responsible for supplying ideas to nut-jobs within our country . And disgruntled youth or otherwise who are only hellbent on attention. . . .COPY-CATS .
Don't You People Realize That Inciting Violence Is Not Only Stupid , But It's NOT Covered Under Free Speech ?

Link ? OK , two things you can do .
1. Check my profile Q's from this morning . There's a few answers that did it in response to my plea for people to understand that it's not right . Unless of course they already got deleted .
2. Scroll back to the question boards from about 3-5 hours ago and read the boards yourself . Again unless they've already been deleted . But there were many !!

Johnny Jihad. I gotta admit, I got a laugh out of that one.
Legally, though, you should know that none of this would qualify as inciting violence, since nobody was actually suggesting these things be done. So, nice threat, but empty.

So you are saying that a posting on an internet message board is going to incite somebody to violence and that the person who posted the message is responsible.
What a minute! What happened to personal responsibility that you cons love to talk about so much? So if some nut case gets a hold of some nuclear material, learns how to build a bomb, and decides to set it off, it is a internet message board poster's fault for putting the idea in his head.
yeah right.

OK I think you have a point but a poor one. First off the legal end of the arguement is way off. One there is a right to speak freely even about terrorism and the ways it can be done. One for learning and imformation to the people at large. Two to be charge with inciting to violence you much have personal contact with the person that commits the act and also have reaso nto beleive that your word would increase the change that this person or persons would act on your words.
Freedom of speech also cover the right to speak stupidly.

OK, that was a nice bit of social commentary from a Com-Nazi! Now lets get this strait: IN YOUR OPINION, talking about terrorist attacks, or potential terrorist attacks, or how successful such terrorist attacks might be is subversive and "Inciting Violence"? I don't think so and if it is, perhaps the so called 'subversives' are right....

Yeah, give names. Oh boy, I really hope you are referring to my last question. Please please please. Cause I a) did not ever say I didn't fully support my government b) never mentioned a specific "enemy" and c) would love LOVE to go to court over that question. I am also tired of seeing my religious Christian symbols desecrated yet if I say "flush" a Qu'oran down the toilet I get arrested? I'd love to have a trial jury on that one. How do you think I feel when they show Christ dipped in urine or Mary smeared in feces. It's got to be played both ways or no ways at all. Either legal for all or illegal for all.

what are you talking about. the gov does this all the time. Terrorist are bringing blocks of cheese and driving by air force bases with pipe bombs or using shoe bombs or dirty bombs. They tell us how the terrorist are going to blow up this and that. our gov might as well draw up the blueprints for the terrorist.
