it bugs me i want to know if its cool to turn car off while a/c is on so i dont have to keep turning it on and off...

No need to turn the a/c off before shutting off the car, that's an old myth

Ok turning off you car with the ac still on is ok, it is when you restart it is when there is a problem. It makes the starter work harder as it is not starting the car and it has the ac drag on to. It also pulls more juice from the battery to get it to start.

Yeah, it's OK. When you turn it off, it is off anyway so no big deal. When you go to start the engine, the start circuit may not allow the AC compressor to come on until you release the key from the start position. This may vary depending on the car model, but it makes sense to do. good luck
