I've never tried it myself but I know people that have tried it with their kids and it worked, and I know one adult that said it did help...not like a pill or anything but it helped a little.

It can and u may want to add a touch of cinnamon or vanilla to the milk and this will relax the muscles and stress u are feeling and make u relaxead...

Yes, Warm milk always make me fall asleep, it doesn't matter how old you are. It really works.

I couldn't drink warm milk if I tried! Yukkkk
apparently lettuce makes you sleepy though - and cucumber keeps you awake!
