Yes, and then I swore never to fall in love again. My poor husband had to put up with me for about 4 or 5 years before I could actually honestly say that I loved him.
My parents broke my heart, too, but that has also healed.

I have had many break-ups, however, my heart was not really involved so I survived. Now, it's been three glorious years of being madly in love and I totally want to stay this way for the rest of my life!

The road I have taken as made me the woman I am today.
What turned my head in a man now;
are not the qualities that makes my heart flutter......
God bless the bumpy road that brought me here today!lol

most people, including me, have had their heart broken. It's part of the game of love, part of maturing, it happens.

More than once. After heart healed, realized for me it was true, better to have loved and lost than never loved at all. No regrets-past is what it is.

Who hasn't?? The better question would be "how many times have you had your heart broken?".
