It depends on your background and culture. None of the men in several generations of my family have had a wedding ring and very few of the married guys I've met wear one either So personally I find it odd to see a man wearing a wedding ring But some women do have a tendency to "prey" on married men. If you're married then you'll be seen as a safer bet for a long term relationship than a single man and also there's more of a challenge in winning him over for some It's hypocritical really as he'd have to divorce his current wife so where's the loyalty in that? Having said that a woman will feel safer around a married man as he should behave himself in theory. But once you start getting really friendly with each other it can lead to other things so I guess some married men may not want to risk attracting a woman's attention at all so don't wear a ring
