Maybe
1 earth year = 4 (other planet)years.
So 4 times the age of the universe, as thought to be on earth?
Yeah that sounds right.
What you think?
That would make the universe go from 15 billion years old to 60 billion.
I still think I am missing something.

The AGE would be the same.
The linear scale used to measure the age would be different.
Same principal as asking if you are TALLER when you measure your height in centimeters than you are when you measure your height in inches. The answer is NO -- the MEASURING UNITS are just different.
The equation would be:
1 Planet Xenon year = 5 Planet Earth years

What you are talking about is time in two different senses of the word. Time as we know it, a man-made construct revolving around the revolution of the Earth around the sun, is mankind's way of keeping track of events. Time as nothing more than existence would still go on regardless.
What you are seeming to confuse is that a year is a year is a year. A year for us is 365 days because that is how long it takes the Earth to travel around the sun. A "year" for Saturn is equal to roughly 29.5 Earth years. Does this mean that the Universe suddenly becomes 29.5x younger because you live on that planet? No. The passage of time remains constant. For a being living on Saturn, their interpretation of a year would indeed be less. A 30 year old person on Earth would only be considered 1 on Saturn, but you cannot just make this assertion as our year and a Saturn year have different lengths of measurement.
Overall the age of the Universe and other planets remains the same. The passage of time will affect everyone and everything equally regardless of which planet you live on. Barring any other outside factors, a human would still live the same amount of time whether he was considered 90 on Earth, or 3 on Saturn.

I think you have to consider relativity theory. Would a planet with an orbit period 5x longer than earth be going faster or slower? How would being in frame of reference going at that speed affect the age that the universe would appear to have?

What are you talking about, the planets orbit would not effect the age of the universe.
Earths orbit is 365 days per rotation.
Planet "X" would have a rotation of 1825 days.
There would be a more noticeable celestial shift for every rotation, but that would not increase the age of the universe.

There would be no difference in the age of the universe.
The only difference would be in the definition of the word "year". The universe would be 1/5 th as many "years" old when using the other planets year length.

If you were born on February 29 1960 and live until February 29, 2040 - do you die at the age of 20? - because you only had 20 birthdays - or are you actually 80 because the amount of time you lived was 80 years?

younger.. I think.
so on your new planet. 1 earth year = 0.2 of your years. or in other words 5 earth years= 1 of your planet years.
so lets say all the earth science says the universe is 10 old. all your science would say it's 2 years old.
right?

You would see the passage of time take place much faster if you lived in a black hole. Someone looking at you from outside would think that you had stopper; except that they can't see you, because your in a black hole. That orbit period thing your talking about....I know your just kidding. Aint got me fooled sister!
If U = you and S = stinker the equation would read U = S.

It would appear to be the same age. Don't confuse "age" with the particular units used to express time.
This is sort of like asking the question: "If I move to France, where people measure their height in meters rather than feet, will I be taller or shorter?" You will be the same height. The NUMBER used to express your height will be a smaller number.
