I used to be friends with this guy from Iran for about 4 years. He is really strange. He's very serious, and that's why I'm not friends with him anymore. He joins a hell of a lot of clubs and so does his dad (I don't know if this corresponds to anything but I'm just adding this in). The main thing is that I just recently noticed his license plate with my parents. It says TAC 911. Does that stand for ATTACK 911? Also (I make movies sometimes) in one of my movies he did improv and said "I hate Americans. They eat and they drink." I don't know if that was intentional or not but I am highly suspicious.

Hard to say. Being very serious is not really an indicator of being a terrorist. If he grew up in Iran, then he is used to their culture where people do not smile much or show happiness a lot in public.

Do you think this is a custome license plate or a coincidence in the random plates?

If you are really worried, contact the FBI. They will check it out and determine if they feel he is a threat.

Good scary question. TAC 911, would be a question I would ask him. Even though you are not friends, maybe you can just ask him and then contact an authority and let them know.

I feel it is our responsibility and obligation to report anything out of the ordinary.
