Sort of. I dialed 911 instead of 411 and apologized profusely. They called right back to make sure I was okay. That was both reassuring and embarrassing.

No, but I was transferred to 911 when I found a dead body with a gunshot wound to the head. (I had called the non-emergency police number) That kind of irritated me...they sent an ambulance out and everything and the guy was already VERY dead! That's why I didn't want to tie up 911 in the first place.

No but I've had to dial the equivalent which is 000 (in Australia) because my Uncle was having a bad asthma attack.

Yes. My wife has mental health issues. It goes in phases,but there are time when that is my most frequently dialed number.

Yeah...a couple years ago. I sliced my foot wide open. Bleeding everywhere. And I couldn't drive myself to the hospital. No one was around. So, I called for an ambulance. Had to have 7 stitches. Ugh!

yea when i was 9. when we found my brothers body (suicide) my mom had me dial 911 while she tried to do cpr. it was freaky.
