So I'm getting Sirius to listen to my St. Louis Rams games because i heard great things about it but now I need to know exactly what to buy. I know i need the subscribtion for about 11$ but what about the actually radio. I want a radio that will let me listen to the Rams' game when I'm at home, but I also want to be able to but it in the car if im driving. Could someone please tell me if Sirius has something like this and if they do the pros and cons and the prices. Also is it better to buy the radio from Sirius.com, a store that sells them, or ebay. Thanks a lot and I hope someone can answer all my questions. I will give a best answer to the person that answers all of my questions. Thanks.

The prices are pretty much the same wherever you go, although Sirius.com does have a lot of specials (50% of certain radios, etc.) I have the Sportster, which comes with the car mount. I also purchased the boombox and the home mount, so I can pretty much listen anywhere I go.

The Starmate also has the same options (car, home, boombox.)

If you go to the Sirius site, you can see all of the options for each receiver, so you will know if it's something that you can only use in the car or at home.

Enjoy it- once you start listening to commercial free music you'll never be able to go back to crummy old radio!

you can't be sirius!

Yeah they have products like this. They are amazing. Sirius is a great way to listen to games. Even if they are on TV, you can mute the televised games and listen to sirius. The commentating on the radio is that much better.

I have Sirius. If you get a car system (usually about $100), then an internet subscription is included. That means you can listen to it on your computer while at home or in the car on your system. Dish Network also has Sirius Channels for at home, too!

in case you get it, are not getting a sort of little plug and play radios for the motor vehicle. purchase a sparkling radio for the motor vehicle. truthfully, in case you using too a strategies far flung from the place you will possibly normally be listening to it, you will finally end up having to locate a sparkling radio station to track the plug and play unit to. some channels you need to use do no longer are available too nicely. when I had it, i did no longer like it. I have been given rid of it final December. Oh and forget approximately approximately having it on your place. you would be spending hours attempting to get the antenna in a sturdy place to get reception, kinda like the previous form television antenna's. They(Sirius) performed greater often than not junk songs on the hip-hop/rap channels. i became especially plenty caught with listening to channel a million or 9. those have been the two channels that performed any respectable track. the communicate channels are no longer commercial unfastened. purely the track channels are. the cost of the subscription is approximately 12.ninety 5 a month. i be conscious of Sirius use to have deals in case to procure a a million year subscript. or greater. in case you have the money, which would be a much better deal. additionally, lots of the track channels have cussing allowed on them. in case you're in a motor vehicle with youthful ones or somebody you do no longer desire to be undertaking to that language then you definately will might desire to locate some risk-free channels that don't enable undesirable words, there are some. i take advantage of my iPod in my motor vehicle and alter between that and the radio(terrestrial) desire that facilitates. sturdy luck with your decision!
