I'm thinking that it's gonna be good for people who buy houses to rent out and sell later on. I mean they can get some really good deals now right?

Actually right now it's becoming very difficult to get loans to buy houses. Even for people with good credit, banks are much more hesitant about giving out mortgages. If there's a possible upside to the current situation I haven't been able to find it yet.
