What kind of storm? Just remember that you're not the only one who **** happens to. When things get really dark do you like the comfort of others, or are you the type who finds comfort in yourself? The latter is a bigger strength, as it means you can then be a pillar for those around you.
Believe me, you'll be amazed at the crap you can put up with.
Just remember that giving up is a sign of weakness, life is MEANT to be struggle and a challenge. People are going through some extreme stuff all the time, right now, you're just one of them. If you can, relish the challenge, and revel in the personal strife. If you make it through, it'll be a high you won't have known before. Good luck.

Think how you have survived so far, think of all the things you thought you could never cope with- but you did.
Talk to good friends and family, a good support network is great if you can get it.
Try to stay as positive as possible, my mum taught me there is always humour; however dark the times.
You will probably find an inner strength you never knew you had.
Finally remember that sh£t washes off very easily!
Hope all goes well for you. if you feel you need extra support e-mail me.

Hi Brady, No1..Remember you are unique, you're loved by some great people(family and friends)---
No2..This too shall pass...nothing lasts forever--
No3..When you've come through the storm you will be a better person--you will be stronger--
No4..and if you have faith in God, hand it over to Him and trust He will show you the way through...although i would do this step 1st--and the rest will follow...
Don't give up, the best is yet to come..life is a series of problems for us to solve...the answers for you're life's problems are just around the corner...
Best Wishes...Be Blessed : )

The best way is to spend ten minutes a day evaluating the information retain, separate and file. Sometimes what appears to be chaff turns out to be of real worth later.

Remember you are unique, you are as good as anyone else on this planet You can and you will cope with whatever comes your way, no matter what it is or why it will happen. Believe in yourself, don`t worry about what other people think and console yourself with the fact that to-morrow, you will be yesterdays` news, and everyone will have forgotten. Good luck to you , for whatever it is.

God is the only answer. Call on Him. He alone can weather ANY storm. If you don't have a bible, get one, start in the book of John. God Bless You
