It appears to me you are hosted on Yahoo which means you have a "Virtual Hosted" site.
Unless you request an IP site your IP will change sometimes depending on server loads. The IP's above are all correct for the server ethernet port at the time they checked but you can not reach you site by IP alone! In fact when I checked it I got,
69.147.83.178 but that is only the server NOT your site!
If you want to reach a site by IP you have to get an IP hosted site. Or you can get to it by the IP /~username
like 69.147.83.178/~yourusername or whatever IP is current.

From the various results in the following answers it appears that you do not have a dedicated IP. Instead one is assigned by your server each time it is accessed. Sorry IP address won't be of much use to you...

If you want to know how - the free and easy way (no extra software) is:
start
run
type 'cmd' (no speech marks)
then at the prompt type
ping www.website I am interested in
and then take down the IP address....

Your site should have a control panel through the site you buy from. If you open up the control panel it should say somewhere in there.
