His chosen target was Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois, who said recently he would be willing to meet with the leaders of Cuba, North Korea and Iran in his first year in office, and declared in a speech he would order military action to capture terrorists in Pakistan if that nation's president did not.
Romney got off this quote;
"I mean, in one week he went from saying he's going to sit down, you know, for tea, with our enemies, but then he's going to bomb our allies," said Romney. "I mean, he's gone from Jane Fonda to Dr. Strangelove in one week.""
Hilarious! I like this Romney guy!

Mitt is hoping to score points and so he decided to pile on Obama. Big whoop. What else is new
Two things that I've noticed about Romney and the Democratic chorus of cackling hens that have been picking at Obama recently are that they overlook the logic of his approach to foreign policy.
For the last 12 years with North Korea, and almost 30 years with Iran we have not had more than rhetoric back and forth. He proposed to sit down with these leader in order to iron out the problems.
Novel concept if you think about it, since we haven't tried to have relations with these countries for years and the situation has never changed. It is pretty much the mark of insanity to do the same thing repeatedly and expect a different output.
On attacking Pakistan, let's look at Geography. When we broke the Taliban in 2002 where did Bin Laden go? into Pakistan. He couldn't stay in Afghanistan, couldn't break the US lines and make it to Iran. Pakistan is the logical hiding place. That's where Al Qaeda and the Taliban retreated to and began rebuilding. The US foolishly let them rebuild over the past five years. At this point Pakistan through either lack of manpower or lack of political will have been harboring terrorists. Obama said he would go in after them if Pakistan will not.
Now, Romney might have scored with that Jane Fonda to Dr. Strangelove joke but does he himself have a plan for dealing with the terrorists in Pakistan or is he no better than the Democratic knitting circle that attacked Obama last week? Personally, I think Mitt and his metrosexual "gotta wear make up" self has no nerve and no vision.
And hopefully by February, no real chance at being elected.

the NDAA became voted into regulation with the aid of the Senate and no President in place of work might have any decision yet to sign it Obama issued a signing fact conserving he does no longer detain US voters and it looks like Romney is promising which will make a similar pledge it relies upon on how plenty voters believe Romney to do what Obama did as to if he will benefit public believe

Yawn. As usual, morons are more interested in superficial word-play and no substance. Despite M. Adolf Romney's supposed wit, Obama's position makes sense. If he could avoid a war by talking to enemies, why not? And wouldn't it be impressive if Bush & his death profiteers would actually go after the man who orchestrated 9/11, instead of raping Iraq?
p.s. Take another picture of your inflatable doll.

Honestly, I don't care. I'd love to see Mitt Romney stop posing with "Barack Osama" signs, stop scoring points off the bad-P.R.-flavor-of-the-week, stop changing his stance on the issues to suit his audience, stop pandering to immigration haters with meaningless, empty campaign proposals, and START speaking truthfully and thoughtfully on real issues. In a race with Hillary, Fred Thompson, and John McCain, Romney is far and away the front-runner for "Most Insincere Candidate". Quite an achievement already.

Putting a spin on your question . . . perhaps he isn't saying anything about Obama, just trying to cast doubt about his foreign affairs abilities. The question should be what does this say about Romney? Anyone calling Pakistan an ally of the U.S. is totally naive.

To talk to one's enemies keeps them from shooting at you. Also one can get some insight into what they are about. Know your enemy. To ignore them or shun them has historically been a big mistake. Alexander the Great knew this as did Caesar and any great world leader.
What is talking going to hurt? Please tell me what we accomplish by not talking to them. We may not get anywhere talking but than again we don't know unless we try.
Presidents from way back have been willing to talk to perceived enemies. Why should things be different now?

Do you like that Romney is a raging homophobe, and prehaps responsible for the debacle of the collapsing tunnel under Boston Harbor?
What else do you like about Romney? Why not Giuliani?

I don't really care for Obama, but Romney twisted his words, and actually might have used Hillary's. Just watch this vid for a recap.

You can also see a number of inconsistencies with Hillary's positions there.

You're a fool then. Romney says he wants to strengthen the military, but doesn't say how. He says he wants to do alot of things, but doesn't offer any details about anything. Haven't you had enough of this type of political animal yet?

Please don't vote for Romney - if you think things are bad now with King George in the oval office, he'll just make things worse.
And the rumor mill has it that he's considering Jeb Bush for his running mate, so if anything ever happened to Romney, that would put another Bush in the driver's seat. Please! Eight years was bad enough !
