Why do I ask? Because I know how I feel about and I wondered how my feelings line up with the general population.

God. I'd rather meet the one I find more unbelievable, so that I can believe. Plus, if God DOES exist, then I'll know it, and know that I need to start going to church, or do whatever God wants me to do. If I meet an Alien, what do I get? I'm not doomed to Hell for not worshipping Aliens.

IMO there is already material/physical proof that intelligent life can/does exist in the universe other than on planet earth. As for God, I do believe that there is a God, but I have no material/physical proof that corroborates His existence to turn my faith into fact. Meeting God would be far more interesting but I don't want to meet Him too soon if you know what I mean.

Jesus said, "the eye has not seen nor the ear heard the wonders that is in God's kingdom". That would include anything an alien race could come up with.. cause God's kingdom is forever and everything else is destined for cosmic dust.

I've met those who follow god, which is enough for me to decide that there is no way I would ever want to meet it. I vote for the alien race.
