a lot of people say hip hop is dead and i dont think so there are still good rappers out there like command and Kaleb i think i spelled his name right but i still love rap no matter what.

Mostly everyone else nowadays keep up with the Jones's they're just copycats or gimmick rappers with a catchy chorus and a nice beat. Dancing rappers played out in the 80's with MC Hammer, Kid N Play, and so forth. Nobody cares about the actual art anymore everyone just wants to make money.
If they couldn't rap about money drugs cars or jewelry, it would only be about 15 rappers left.
Hip Hop is definitely dying. That's mostly accredited to its consumers.
