Reconcile and complete all daily desk agents' work; post balances to all guest rooms and close out the day's transactions; run accounts receivable reports; provide next day reports to the Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Executive Office as required.

The Destin Night Auditor will be responsible for maintaining the organization of the front desk operations during the hours of 11pm to 7 am shift. This position will handle all incoming calls, check-ins as well as any emergency situations that may arise. The Night Auditor will also be responsible for reconciling front desk and activities cash sheets for accounting and will be required to handle cash.
