I usually evaluate FF teams through their top 4 picks.

Frank Gore will somewhat of a question with the broken hand but still a first tier RB.

Maroney will benefit from Randy Moss/Donte Stallworth/Welker with Brady throwing the ball with larger and more running lanes. He will thrive if can get to open field and stay healthy.

Tony Romo has proven he can put up stats with the Cowboys and he has an extra year under his belt. Jon Kitna will have a second year with Mike Martz as Off Coord, so don't be so quick to dump him.

Steve Smith is a front line WR and Driver is solid. Chargers D is young and fast and will cause problems all year similar to Pittsburgh "Blitzburg" style.

The only improvement would be at backup RB due to the injury concerns of Gore and Maroney. Brandon Jackson and Henry are good sleepers but you may be in trouble if both your frontliners go down and you are forced to rely on them late in the season. Rookies usually hit the wall around Week 10-12. (Look how careful Tony Dungy was with Joseph Addai to stretch him into the playoffs last year.)

I would guess at least a playoff team, maybe better.

I think I would be starting Kitna over Romo a lot, depending on the matchups. I am not crazy about your backup RB's behind Gore and Maroney. Your will also have problems in your bye weeks with your WR's.

Personally...
- I'd dangle Steve Smith for a better RB to go with F.Gore.
- I'd be on the lookout during the preseason for a WR that steps/stands out that's on the waiver wire and drop B.Jackson. Morency is going to be the featured back in GB based on what I have read.

Your team is not bad by any means, but I do think you need to upgrade your depth and your RB position to seriously contend for your league's title.
