I have 7 days. I need to lose 40 lbs.

Ok, well I drink green tea twice a day [morning and afternoon], whenever i'm watching TV I ride on the stationary bike, like while I'm watching TV.

15. female. 5'5''. 161 lbs. Hourglass figure [I researched it and apparently my body fat is spread evenly throughout my body and I look less than I weigh, and i also share the same body type with Scarlett Johasson, Anne Hathaway and Jessica Simpson]
Bust- 37 in
Waist-30 in
Hips- 36 in

Goal-look like lindsay lohan:-
Bust-34
Waist-26
Hips-33

Is this enough? I also work out like over the Tv, in the mornings with

you people suck, just answer my question, its not that hard, just because ya'll are stuck being fat doesn't mean I will be, I'm going to lose this weight evenif it kills me and its sad no one wants to help

NEVER gonna happen. You lose a max of 3lbs a week. Trying to lose 40 in a week will KILL you! To do it, you'd have to stop eating completely (and even then you wouldn't lose that much in a week).

First of all, I wouldn't want to look like a rehab girl.

With that being said, no I don't think it is enough. Honestly a person cannot lose 40lbs in 7 days. You'd have to starve yourself and vomit every fluid you have in your body. Then once you be come so dehydrated you'd pass out and be rushed to the ER. At the ER you'll be injected with everything they can think of and you'll gain all your fluid weight back.

Best way is more time. You want to burn more calories than you take in. Eat foods with a lot of color. Lean meats like fish are good. And be careful about working out so much, you want to create lean muscle, not bulky muscle. And muslce weighs more than fat so don't use your scale, use the measuring tape.

Yeah, cut off two of your limbs. Stop trying to look like Lindsay Lohan and be happy with the body god gave you. If you want to lose weight for your own health and benefit that's fine, but to look like a crack whore celebrity? Come on now, that's just ignorant.

you are not going to lose 40 pounds in 7 days so i would give up on that goal right now.

green tea will help, it boosts your metabolism, but only if you're drinking it unsweetened. and of course working out will help. but the only healthy way to lose the weight is with a lifestyle change that is lasting. eating right and working out every day will take the weight off, but it will take time. it's the only healthy way to do it.

aside from the fact that losing 40lbs in 7days is dangerous to your health (esp at 15!), you only mentioned drinking green tea and riding the stationary bike...

go look for the south beach liquid diet thing...after you have reached your goal, you will see that you will not only gain it back, but you will gain evern more after that!!

dude, why are you tring to lose 40 pounds in a week....theres NO FREAKING WAY without lipo or something...and if you even come close it will all probably be water weight....eat healthy, do lots of cardio, and whatever you do, DONT STARVE YOURSELF!
