It depends what you are going to do with it? You didn't provide enough information. Do you want a 240 volt 30 amp service? Or is it a 30 amp 120 volt circuit? Or is it a 30 amp receptacle for something at one of those voltages? Makes a difference.
Be very careful taking electrical advise from well meaning, but untrained or half trained people on this board.

The ultimate use of this service has to be known. I would not even attempt doing it your self. adding a service should only be done by a qualified licensed electrician.

run at least a #10 wire with ground, to a breaker box rated for at least 60 amps, hook up garage first, put out lets where you want them run # 12 wire from each outlet to breaker box, install breakers wire outlets to them ,
[breakers are rated in amps,] norm are 20 amp, work back to power source,
