Well, let me think. I just spent 4 hours talking with one of the most remarkable people I've met on answers and in 360.
It may not necessarily be the first time.
But true friends, yeah, they get it right.

I rarely ever get anything right, I try but it just doesnt happen. You can count on me to try but fail

Probably not... I'm somewhat of a klutz and a putz. Every now and again I do get lucky on the first try, though... miracles do happen.

Not in every instance, but I do have a record of doing pretty well off-the-cuff.
Good thing, too, since it's part of my job.

everone makes mistakes, but if it is a surgeon i would hope he would get it right the first time!

Always. I didn't get to be "the boss" by screwing things up all the time. I hate incompetence!!!
