i've recently formatted my vaio and can't find the audio driver

model is sony vaio vgn-fe21b, i've been looking for the sony site and intel but still can't find it,sony gives the pre installed package but on audio driver, it says lack of stlang.dll so can't install it

Select your model. They should have a driver available.

After a LOT of research, I discovered that your sound card may be compatible with a RealTek driver. You can download it from here:

http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOUND-CARD/REALTEK/Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Codec-Driver-R166.shtml

Note that this is a generic driver, so it may not necessarily have all of the same features that your card should. It may not even work at all. But it is worth a shot, right?

we need the model number number of the PC as the only way to get that driver will be on intel.com
