I bought a 1991 Honda Accord a few months ago. The dial to turn the heat on doesnt turn to the right from the cold air setting. Luckily its summer and all I need is the cold air. I turn it and it just comes back to the cold side. What do I do?

The hear valve has seized. Replace it. It is under the hood in the inlet heater hose if you can get to it. Some Honda's it is under the dash.

usually that dial is just broken and it can be replaced. the temperature knob can be purchased at the honda dealer for about $10. the knob just pulls off. usually you have to remove the clip that is left behind when you remove the knob; it just pulls off as well. the new knob lines up and presses on.

if its not the knob then its the cable and that gets to be more expensive. My bet is that it is just the knob as that is a very common failure

hope that helps
