My mother said that she was always very sore inside after having a baby. I have four and I never was sore afterwards (I mean up inside, not the outside.) What is the experience of the rest of you?

I never said my mom was sore for years; she was sore for maybe a week or less.

I dont remember being sore inside. Like, inside my uterus? Or inside down there? Yes, inside my hoohaa did hurt, but only because I tore so bad that I was ripped all up in the inside, but thats because my daughter was in a bad position (head facing up and turned sideways so her head was coming out ear first). As for my uterus, no that didn't hurt at all.

I was sore for just a few days too. My mother said that using
some Castor Oil, rubbed on the stomach, from the top, in
motion toward the bottom, would help take away the pain,
and wash it off in a couple of hours or so, and do this about
two days in a row, once a day. It seems to help.

I was sore for about the first week or so after having each of my kids, but it goes away as you heal. I have never heard of someone being sore for the rest of their lives after having a kid. That sounds like something else is wrong, and maybe she should get checked out. I have three kids, my oldest is 12, I don't know what your mom is talking about, but I am sorry for her pain

i individually had an relatively delicate and painless hard artwork and delivery, yet i became additionally precipitated and had an epidural (which happens to be God's present to females!) From the way I remember it, I went to the well being facility and that they checked me in. They hooked me as much as a pair Pitocin to get the hard artwork going. They broke me water which became a real extraordinary sensation. there became various "water". After your water breaks, the contractions are slightly greater painful and greater effective, so a on a similar time as after having my water broken, I won an epidural. From there, I purely waited to have the baby with the aid of ingesting ice chips and examining magazines. good till now the surgeon got here in to envision on me and notice how a strategies i became dilated, I had suggested how i might desire to wiggle my legs and ft, so i became given yet another epidural. good after that, i began out to push for roughly 40 5 minutes, and then out popped my little woman :) good after giving beginning I instructed my husband i might desire to do it ten greater circumstances!

I was never sore "inside". I always seemed to push too hard and my butt hurt for a ew days. Nothing I couldn't handle. It was just uncomfortable when I went to sit.
