1.fertile--the ability to produce,power to produce.
2.initiating--to begin to do something,to start
3.sustaining--to keep alive,to keep going
4.crucial--something of supreme importance,something critical and decisive.
5.contend--to fight for,hold to be true.

2. initiating = starting something
