As a California Certified Proctologist I feel qualified to answer you question.
Sad to say my practice is in the Hollywood area. As such I handle, well, finger actually, many of the celebrities in the area.
The suppositories are a useful medication delivery option. I use them quite a bit.
However it is somewhat discouraging that no matter the amount I place in the area required they still have much to say.
I truly have done my best, but many of them still talk out of their rectal cavity.
But, no, I am not a bottom feeder. More of a packer.
Boy, Troy is the nurse from hell. If I had a problem with my
pecker, I sure wouldn't want to see her around.

No, actually those guys get paid quite well i think. Usually in the medical field, if u have a job that isn't exactly preffered u get payed more i think, or if it is in high damand (needed).

well i administer suppositories and find it offensive you think that! the clients i look after cant use their bowels properly and need help to do so or in severe cases could die!. if this was you youd think twice about asking that question and if you were in severe pain with constipation i may consider not administering any and let you suffer until you apoligised! ;-(
