Why would it not be "natural"? Masturbation is perfectly natural. Nearly every human of every age (even children and the elderly) masturbates, not to mention that many other mammals masturbate regularly. It's also perfectly healthy.
I honestly don't think that the frequency at which your daughter is masturbating is any of your business.

Hi,
I am 24 and about 3 times a week is normal but if I am stressed our ot busy then once a week or sometimes only twice a month.
It depends on her level of sex drive. But yes It's perfectly NORMAL and Healthy thing and a normal ammount... and in fact gets rid of stress and makes you want to sleep.
