This had never happened before but everytime I turn the a/c on or tried to turn it on the dash computer would turn off and also the daylights would go off and the a/c would not work. All I heard was a clicking. I don't know if it may be a relay. I already checked the fuses and they are all fine. This started happening during this weekend when I was in central california and the temperature rose to 110 degrees, I don't know if that matters but as I said it before I had never had this problem before. I been thinking about taking the car to the dealer and have them check it but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for them to tell me that I just need a relay or something simple as to replace some wires. any ideas?

Anytime you have an A/C problem that involves your daytime running lights and other system malfunctioning you have 1 of 2 problems.

The first and most likely is your ignition switch in your steering column needs replaced. That is the most common problem with these cars. The entire A/C control system is ran thru that switch.

The second is something similiar to the above person's suggestion of a loose ground.

I personally would replace the ignition switch.
