The arctic wolf is awesome, but I'll put it behind the western timber wolf, so rare now. There's a story connected with this, re dogs & wolves, but this is neither an editorial or anecdotal page. Don't get me started.

Black wolves. Grey ones are so boring.
As for subspecies, it doesn't much matter to me since I don't really know what the differences are.
