I think it's senseless to say that about any state. There's never any good reasoning behind it.

haha, yeah right buddy. I'm sure you would like to think that. You've probably never even been out of the state and do not know any better.
California is the best state b/c it offers more than any other state. If you were to take a poll asking people to choose which state they prefer, TX or CA, I guarantee you most of the responses would be CA. CA is the most highly regarded state internationally too and people in foreign countries are a lot more impressed if you are from CA than anywhere else in the US.
CA is the best state in the US or it wouldn't have the most people in it.

No, I don't. I think that Oklahoma and Kentucky are the best states in the United States of America. But Texas and Tennessee are the next best ones.

No, because something like this cannot be designated a "fact", since it depends entirely upon individual opinion, and there are over three hundred and fifty million individual opinions in the United States at this time.

I find this question amusing. Well, I've never been to Texas, but some in my family have been there and from what they have told me, my answer is no.
