every three weeks I do whenI drive my aunt to Orlando for medical treatment, she makes me stop at McDonalds and eat there. I normally eat a salad or a snack wrap. Otherwise I find the food to be nauseating....now Taco Bell...that's another story :)

Yes, I do because it's cheap, convenient, and tasty. There are certain items I can't eat from there though because it gives me diarrhea (more than you care to know I'm sure). So, I limit myself to the things my tummy can handle. Of course, I don't eat it all the time though.

Yes--because the food tastes good. But I know it's unhealthy so I try not to eat there very often.

I ate there once probably 12 years ago and was sick for a week, I made the mistake of thinking it was just a fluke and went back recently and got the same result

very seldom. It tastes really good when I eat it and then I feel quite Mc-Sick afterwards. It reminds me why I don't go there often! =p
