The fact that I've survived 70 years with very few scars, that I have four beautiful children 6 gorgeous grandchildren and two spectacular great grandchildren. The fact that I can see and hear and walk and just went to a wonderful family wedding where everyone danced and sang and got along.
Birds and cats and dogs and pandas make me happy to be alive today. I'm not in debt and I dont know anyone who has cancer. Guess it's a matter of looking at the glass as half full or half empty.

1) The Atlantic coast of the US will be wiped out be a tsunami originating from an unstable volcano off the Spanish coast.
2) All of the world's low-lying areas will be drowned because global warming will met the polar ice caps.
3) The US will be devastated by an eruption of the supervolcano under Yellowstone National Park.

I'm not in debt and never have been, I've got cancer and hopefully the radiotherapy has done the trick, another check up in two weeks time. I'll be gone before the earth melts, so I'm enjoying every minute I can.

I may be in debt, but I got some nice stuff! Cancer just cuts off the crummy years at the end. I don't mind global warming. I've always been a summer person.
Plenty of music, plenty of beverages, and someone to spoon with. Life is good.

It's far worse than that. Someone hacked into a top secret UK.gov database and pulled out a story about a massive chunk of rock, said to be about 2 miles long and half a mile wide, hurtling towards UK. Apparently it is timed to arrive as the new Olympic village is officially opened.
Splat!

AIDS is out of control in Africa.
Hilary Clinton is probably going to be the next president of the USA, like Bush wasn't bad enough.
The worst , greediest, most slimey money grubbing swivel eyed chancellor in recorded history has now gone on to be Prime Minister.
My job sucks.

The trick is in a world of maddness is to look at all the LITTLE things that you can find pleasure from. The little things that you can control and look forward too.
