This team will be good, no doubt about it; however, undefeated is a very tough task to accomplish. I see them winning in NY in the season opener, but their home opener vs LT and the Chargers brings back tension from last seasons playoff game. That will be a great game to see how they perform against a top knotch team. After that I see the Bengals giving them some trouble, but nothing they can't fight through to get a W out there in Cinci. Going to Indy on Nov-4th will be the challenge of the season. Good for us, the team will have all the games before to gel and when that game comes up, the Pats will hopefully be able to keep rolling. After that game in Indy, I don't see any games that will give them too much trouble if they play up to their potential. Baltimore and Pittsburgh will be good, but nothing too hard for New England to handle. I like the odds of us getting to the post-season in 2007-08 and I think we have a great shot at the Superbowl. I'd love to see us go undefeated, but it's more important to get home field advantage than winning every game this season... so we need to win the big ones.

They will lose a game to the Miami Dolphins. I am not saying this just because I am a Dolphin fan. Just look at the past. Miami always seams to find a way to beat the Patriots, no matter how good New England is and how bad Miami is. Remember last year? Realistically, I do not see any team going undefeated. The league is to competitive now days.

Of course, they won't. What makes the patriots so special this year? Randy Moss doesn't make that big of a difference. I think the Patriot's will get 10 to 13 wins this season and win there division like always. Then there will be another game between the colts and patriots in the playoffs. It happens every year almost. For the past 5 years the patriots and colts have eliminated each other in the playoffs. It's one heck of a rivalry.

They will lose vs a good passing team like Cincinnati or San Diego.

Even if Samuel returns before week 10, he has not practiced and he won't be at 100% at the beginning of the season.

Chad Scott season ending injury does not exactly help.

No.

They will lose 10/21/2007 at Miami . Belichick one once at Miami. Parcells won once at Miami. Carrol won twice at Miami.

Raymond Berry won the AAFC at Miami in1986. Before that we are going into the AFL.

The Patriots will lose at Miami.

Then the NYG game may be meaningless and Cassel starts.

No, they seem to lose once to Miami every year. Plus, going undefeated is HARD, there's very little doubt they'll win their division (sorry fans of the 3 other AFC East teams, it's their division until one of the other teams take it from them), they even have a great shot of getting a first round bye, but they'll lose at least one game, at the most probably 3.

That's my 2 for 2.

Nope. That game on 12/9 is going to be the losing game.

Besides, Tom Brady is getting past his prime. He's in his 8th or 9th season! A QB can only be smashed to the ground so many times before he gives up crying.

NO. They might lose to any of these teams:
Jets
San Deigo
Indy
Phily
Baltimore
maybe Miami
They will be over 10 wins but not 16. I say 13 at most.
