How many ppl would hit the side of their car during a left turn?
I know in some countries the block exists :D but they don't have it here in the city I currently am (in US)...
n some ppl's left turns are nasty!!! I wonder who gave them a driving license!

It is the matter of the road construction. Why constructor build the road in that dangerous way that people would face difficulty in driving?
