Yes. Your TV must have a DVI or HDMI input port.

If you graphics card has a DVI connector, you'll need a special cable if your TV has only an HDMI input.

Be sure to set your computer resolution to something lower (like 800 x 600) until you figure out what max resolution your TV will display.

Most definitly yes, your TV must have a DVI in port or a HDMI in port. For the latter an adaptor cable is necessary.

NOTE: You will need a cable for sound if you want to use the TV speakers
