Depends on how close you are to being up. My husband's phone started giving him problems. He had 1 month to go on his new contract. They gave him a refurb, which lasted 1 week. He called them back and when she said "May I help you", he said you might want to get a supervisor. Your going to need one. After negotiating back and forth, he got his new phone before his contract was up.. But I think you have to have problems with your phone and be close to the end of your contract.
