My b/f wants to have his middle name for our baby's middle name if it's a boy and I just flat out do not like the name Jerome at all. Can antone think of some close, but different names that are simaliar to Jerome.

I would like the first name to be Jaeden.

What about Jeromy?

I'm usually not a big fan of changing spellings, but this is an alternate spelling of Jeremy on several name sites. Jaeden Jeromy sounds nice.

Other ideas that are similar to Jerome are

Jay
Jarom
Jeremiah
Jerod
Jerick

What is your boyfriend's first name? Would that be better for your baby's middle name?

Best wishes on finding the perfect compromise.

For some alternatives you could try:
Jarrett
Jeremiah
Jersey
Gerard
Jeremias
Gerald
Jeremy
Roman

To be fair, though, Jerome isn't such a bad name. And it is only a middle name, it will hardly be used ever. If it means that much to your boyfriend, maybe you should use it, especially if you've chosen the first name. :)

What about Jaeden Jay or Jaeden J. And then its just the first letter of your b/f first name. And you can call him JJ when he's older.
