I have seen this symbol on different vehicles. What does it stand for? It is a circle made from an arrow, inside the circle is an upside down triangle, then a scythe that goes a bit outside of the circle. There may be something else in the symbol that I'm not recalling. Can you help?

Not sure of the symbol you are talking about, but the LGBT community routinely uses an upside down triangle. Since the sign for male is a circle with an arrow pointing out, maybe it is s stylized way of indicating gay male.
