I would think that we can all agree that someone who makes the same mistake over and over again is ignorant. I'm sure you won't admit to agreeing - but if it were a Democrat doing it - you would.

OK - so our douchebag in chief can't figure out how to say the word nuclear. It seems simple enough NU- CLE- ER come on - say it with me now NU - CLE - ER. Why can't this idiot - this buffoon - this disgrace of a human - figure out the most simple of things. NU-CU-LAR? That's actually not the word fcukbag. (yes - I know that's misspelled) If he can't figure out even the most simple - how can he be trusted to handle things such as sharp pencils and figure out complicated issues like gynecologists don't actually practice a love with women. (We won't ask him to help with the housing crisis or do the right thing in Iraq - it's a little hard for him to grasp those concepts) I can just hear what goes through his head when he deals with the war "go bad men kill good win kill muslim"

And he thinks that is a complete sentence. He is a complete waste of DNA and his idiot drunk daughters should be over fighting the war – not slutting around in bars here. Your whole family is what is wrong with America. Please – just leave office with your vestigial tail tucked between your legs (I am picturing the guy in Silence of the lambs) and your head hung in shame. GET OUT!

So all of a sudden we have another Armchair President who knows exactly how to solve all the world's problems EVEN THOUGH you don't know HALF of what the President knows about what is going on. None of us do so even though we can give our opinion, we are only going by what the media tells us and if you are idiot enough to trust them, you REALLY show your ignorance even more than you did in this goofy, childish post of yours.

What bothers me the most about all you left wingers is your disrespect. You may not agree with others but do you have to be so disrespectful when you "bark" like this? There isn't any reason in the world to use this kind of language or make such crude comments and if you really want others to take you seriously, you will address the issues like an adult and not like some first grader calling names on the playground.

So if you think things need to be changed, why are you on here being so disrespectful and spouting off when you could be getting involved in your community and helping to make the world a better place? But then the way you act, I'm not sure I'd want kids to see you in action. You are a total disgrace to mankind.

Now grow up.

No, he's not stupid. He's just way out of his league. He grew up coddled. He didn't have to serve the tour in the Air National guard that he signed up for. He thinks that whatever he says is correct,. He is the ultimate "faith-based" warrior.

He deniies scientific findings (or has government studies altered to suit his world view) He makes statements and judgements based on his beliefs and damn the facts.

He shares the common flaw of many people (holocaust deniers, 9/11 conspiracists, evolution deniers, global warming opponents) that because *he* believes something, it must be true.

This isn't a failing of intelligence, it's a failing of upbringing. Blame GHW Bush and mama Bush.

Either that, or he destroyed so many braincells drinking and drugging that he doesn't know the difference between empirical evidence and anecdotal experience.

But he's not stupid. Look at all the money he's channelled to his family and friends. Look at the federal money he's channelled to religious organizations.

Amazing how many people are tin-pot dictators at heart.

They won't legislate to get what they want.
They don't respect the votes of others.
They call our representatives names instead of dealing with the actual issues.
They spread unfounded rumors.
They treat our representatives as "guilty until proved innocent".
They act as if they were bullied into submission their whole educational history and only now get a chance to give some back, but still use the same methods that playground children use.

Then they wonder why call their actions, "unpatriotic" or "seditious".

Similar behavior occurred during President Clinton's terms, by people who happened to be Republicans. I spoke up then.

So did a few of the Republicans, against such childish and stupid behavior.

Now it's my turn. I have to speak up when people in my party (Democratic) do it, joined by a few Republicans who don't hate Democrats, but do hate playground diatribes and sedition, even aimed at Democrats (thanks, guys).

Simple answer: No. Read "Art of War". You've been suckered and suckered good. So have all our enemies. They bought it, you bought it.

Simple question: Will you join us in an actual dialog without this nonsense, or can we expect more of the same? It isn't original, it isn't informative, it adds nothing to the conversation and it does nothing for your own reputation.

Will you join us? You may have many good points. If you can get past the playground style taunting, you would be a good addition to the crowd.

We'll be ready to welcome you when you do.

I know a few people who also can't pronounce nuclear correctly. Maybe it is difficult for some people. We aren't all glib radio announcer types. He is good with the malaprops isn't he. While most of us get our toungues twisted on occasion he seems to be a victim of that malady quite often, more than most people for sure. I find it quite humorous that a man who has a Master's degree and has risen to the level he has did so with such a poor speech pattern. He needs help.

There are complete books and some calendars out with his malaprops in them. If one wants a good laugh these may do the trick.

i would not go so far as thinking he was stupid, but keep in mind that as a child of privilege he was really never expected to do anything, it was always handed to him.
the words stubborn, arrogant, egotistical would seem more appropriate. in baseball terms(hes a baseball man) he is like a guy born on third base that is mad that he doesn't get the credit for hitting a triple, or like on a ranch(hes a rancher) the rooster that thinks he is the one responsible for causing the sun to rise every morning.
simply put , he is just a tool of and for the elite in this country who truly believe in the trickle down theory, that everything good will be handed down form the top to the undeserving masses that is everyone else.
i pray every night that god will banish all republicans to the woods of obscurity where they can languish for 40 more years and that g.w.(43) will be the shinning example of why that has happened to them.

No. There is a little button that says check spelling when you submit a question. You might try to use it (I did see that you realized the misspelling but that doesn't make your position any clearer. I realize you are a novice according to your profile. You are wasting a lot of effort on a lame duck, but that is probably more effective than looking for good leadership on the left.

I enjoy making fun of Bush's intellect as much as anyone else, but in my heart of hearts, I have to say that I don't believe that he's as stupid as we make him out to be. He's a spoiled rich kid who has never really had to work for anything--all of his previous business ventures came to be as a result of his daddy's business connections. Bush is intellectually lazy--he doesn't enjoy working and has no curiousity about the world around him. He's coasted all his life and has assumed, correctly, that he can continue to coast as long as there are other people around who are willing ot pick up the slack for him. Finally, I would argue that he is just plain evil.

Evil, spoiled, and lazy--but not necessarily stupid.

"If people want to get to know me better, they've got to know my parents and the values my parents instilled in me, and the fact that I was raised in West Texas, in the middle of the desert, a long way away from anywhere, hardly. There's a certain set of values you learn in that experience."—Washington, D.C., May 5, 2006 da chimpster

No. I will ignore your rhetoric which clearly has political overtones. I I don't think he is stupid, but clearly he isn't the smartest person to ever occupy the oval office. I find it interesting that critics of the President, regardless of what party he is from or his ideology always want to call him "stupid." I hated Bill Clinton and I wouldn't call him this. It seems to me that if somebody is unable to clearly articulate why they don't like a President, they resort to name-calling and bad-mouthing. I feel sorry for you.

I disagree. The man has an MBA from Yale and I don't think you get one of those if you're stupid.

Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't make them stupid.
