Any of the level 3 quickenings are the most powerful. The point is to try to chain as many as you can, and the most powerful concurrance (which is chaining 4 level 1 quickenings, 4 level 2, and 4 level 3) is Black Hole.

It's hard to say, since you don't really see single quickening damage...just concurrence damage. But, flame purge is probably my personal favorite.

all quickenings have same attack power and all are non-elemental but look cool
Level one is 90 attack power
Level two is 140
Level three is 230
