Well yes, but not noticeably. Everyday the earth gets hit by tons of cosmic dust, which does add to the mass of the earth but not anything that can generally be seen or measured without very sensitive instruments.

Big negative on that one buddy. The earth is not growing. What we have here is all we get. It's a static system. The universe is expanding if that helps... And for some of the other answerers, global warming does not influence the core temperature of the earth, and tectonic motion has nothing to do with size. Cheers

yes and no. there is still some glacial rebound(when glaciers covered most of the earth during the ice age, they compressed the ground under their weight). now the compressed ground is expanding again. but this effect is tiny when compared to the rest of the earth and the earth is not really any "bigger" as in "more massive".

yes, the earth is growing, thanks to materials added by meteorites and "space dust" --gee, maybe I sound wacko...
