Well... Honestley... I developed an eating disorder when I was 15 and everyday I (still do, but am getting help) would take up and throw up... Then wouldn't eat... unless I had to the rest of the day... If I did eat and knew I wouldn't be able to throw it up after then I would only eat a little bit... So I am bulimic/anorexic... I have been getting help for about 3 months... I still have a long way to go... But I lost too much weight... I almost died... I would never suggest and eating disorder to anyone... It is a huge mistake and controlled my life and still sometimes does... for 7 years...

I "try" to eat from my own kitchen since I know what I am putting in my food and stay active-no diets, no real exorcise routine or nothing like that just stay active a lil walking a lil dancing, etc. It's been working good for me and I am pregnant and still doing great!!!!!

i think it depends on your motabolism... i eat alot.. though i am always moving around !! this makes all the food i eat.. not stick.... it is also a good idea not to eat very fast.. cuse when you do the body cant catch up and sticks everything to the fat section of the body !!!
it differs for everyone.. thoguh you should not say that you dont want to eat anymore cause you are getting over weight cause that will make you sick..

the fact that if i get too round someones going to look at me and think bbq chicken does help, but mainly cutting out carbs, exercising and drinking my water. check out the atkins diet. just dont forget to add the carbs(do all three phases) as you lose. oh and im not thin but thought i'd answer anyway. hope you dont mind.

I swim a lot in the summer time cause it burns a butt load of calories. And in the winter to offset all the holiday food I'm shoveling down my throat I use my treadmill more. Oh and lots of water.

I'm guessing that's directed to females, but i stay with a low bodyfat percentage by running a lot and lifting weights

eat smaller portions ...
instead of using a regular size plate opt for the kiddie size that way the plate is not large enough to load down with food ... also eat till ur full not until ur belly bustin

I grew up on a farm..worked hard there, and my diet had always been good.
I stay active and eat right (when I can), and I drink loads of water.

Im average. I lift weights, walk to places i would rather ride a car to and then i eat pretty healthy.
