Yes. They can be used from birth.
My newborn used to like to nap in it while swaddled. I am guessing she felt cozy inside it.
She never cared for the vibrating option however.

I used a bouncy seat from the time my son was born until he would lean forward too much. My daughter never cared for them.

They can but I didn't use mine with my daughter until she was about 3 weeks because it looked like her little head was going to rattle off her shoulders when I sat her in it the first time at about 6 days old.

Yes, it's very soothing to an infant(even from birth). My son would take naps in his. Just make sure you always buckle baby in just in case you have to leave the room for a little bit. Never put it up high in case they fuss or bounce to much.(don't want it to fall) I used the Fisher Price Aquarium bouncer and he loved it, we used it all the time, until he outgrew it. Best of luck to you.

I agree w/ the lady who said that she heard about not leaving a baby that young in one, I would ask the Dr., I feel that their neck support is not well enough yet.

just my thoughts , take care
