Sandals for quick errands and sneakers for all else. I personally prefer the support I get from sneakers.

sneakers no matter how hot it is because your feet could get cut on something like my daughters and she had to get a lot of stitches

I wear flip flops most of the time. The only time I don't wear them is at work because I'm forced to wear tread safe shoes. Ah, I want my feet to breath!
