First of all, u try to find out the reason why they hate each other, if they have a geniune reason for hating each other then u create an avenue for them to meet in ur place so that u can settle them. In that case u make sure u organize a lunch or dinner date maybe in ur place or outside just for u to be able to talk to them.
But if u find out that the hatred comes from one party; try and make the one who is faulty that he or she either stays or leaves cos u can't compromise. Please be plain in doing this, forget about your Personal Interests. Be careful of your own ego. Do not seek to advance your interests at the expense of the the parties involved. A facilitator must be neutral.

Socialize with them separately. It sounds like you want to hang out with them together, but they're obviously not interested in that, so don't force it. Trust me, this is a fairly common experience for a lot of people.
If, however, one or both of them are trying to get YOU to not see the other person, you have a problem -- a greedy friend(s).

You love both of them, but do they really love YOU? If yes, then you three have something in common that is likeable to all of you. Try to discuss with both of them separately the reason for your friendship, and then emphasize that you three can form a unique clique by virtue of a shared value friendship.
Best of luck!

why do you feeel you need to do something? if you love both of your friends equally then the only thing you can do is ask that they respect your wishes to not discuss the other person with you when they are not present. you have a separate but equal friendship with both parties and you would like to keep it that way. we all have friends who don't like our other friends, it is a fact that you will not like every person you meet.

split your time equally between them. Tell both of them straight up that you value both friendships and wouldnt want to lose either one. If they are truly your friend then they will understand. A real friend wouldnt make you choose between them & someone else.

first you're in middle of them but you don't comment and do anything, it's none of your business¡¡¡.
Second You have to explain each other that you respect their ideas and love them and you don't play apart in any situation.
they are your friends you have to tell the true and face to face this situation and explain it.
good luck¡¡¡

Tell them that while it's fine that they have their own opinion, it's not fine that they express it to you. Tell them how much it hurts you hearing them express their hatred towards each other, and that you'd appreciate it more if they kept it either to themselves or someone else.
Good luck!
